1. Taskbar fixes: Addresses a known issue where the taskbar might briefly glitch, not respond, or disappear and reappear.

3. curl.exe update: Updates the version of curl.exe to 8.7.1.

5. Known issues: Users might be unable to change their user account profile picture after installing this update.
